“Are your prices inclusive of VAT?”

 

• Our prices are the final prices to be paid. LED Cricket is not VAT registered. VAT is not added or assumed in our prices.

 

“Are there any delivery costs?”

 

• Our prices include delivery anywhere on the UK Mainland, locations elsewhere will be calculated on an individual basis.

 

“Does it have fixing points to mount it to a wall or post?”

 

• The scoreboards have mounting weld nuts, brackets are included, though each individual install is different. Please refer to the home page gallery for various methods used by our customers.

“In terms of fitting what would you suggest? Is this free standing? Or is there fitments for this to be wall mounted?”

 

• Scoreboards that we have supplied, are usually mounted in permanent frames, removed and stored at the end of the match day. Or are housed in permanent locations with a shutter or cover.

“Are the scoreboards weatherproof?”

 

• Our scoreboards are only IP45 rated, meaning water splash and dust protection. Please prevent prolonged water ingress by cover, roller shutter or doors, for Scoreboards on trollies, these should be kept in pavilions or sheds.

 

“Are these plug in and play, straight forward?”

 

• Yes, simply plug both Control and Scoreboard into UK 3 pin mains (Cables provided).

 

“Which country is it manufactured in, if not EU does it have a CE mark?”

 

• All scoreboard are supplied and manufactured with CE and now UKCA certification.

 

“Are working examples available to view?”

 

• Viewing of a working example can be arranged upon request.

 

“What payment methods do you accept?”

 

• All payments can be made securely though debit or credit cards via VISA or Master Card, with a 3% surcharge and direct bank transfer is accepted. Cheques are not accepted.

“What is the maximum working range between controller & the scoreboard?”

 

• As standard advised range of 50 metres, if required the internal antenna is move to an external position to increase the range to 100 metres.

​

“Is the controller / scoreboard compatible with Play Cricket Scoring?”

 

• No, our scoreboards do not currently communicate with Play Cricket or other scoring applications.
